Logiegrafix realises growth ambitions with MultiPress

Logiegrafix, a lettering and sign company near Kortrijk and once a one-man business, grew under Esli Logie's leadership into a team of five permanent employees and seven permanent subcontractors. Using MultiPress as a solution for administrative complexities, they automated calculations and planning, greatly increasing efficiency. Their focus on further optimising the entire company with MultiPress shows their commitment to further growth and sustainable efficiency in the dynamic sign market.

Logiegrafix is so much more than lettering alone

Logiegrafix, a dynamic one-man business led by Esli, has experienced impressive growth within the sign industry in recent years. The young one-man business has grown into a team of five permanent employees and seven subcontractors.

Logiegrafix's strength lies in its advanced machinery, including a 1.6-metre Eco Solvent printer, a smaller UV printer, a Summa plotter and its own metalworking department for aluminium structures. This allows the company to provide a wide range of services such as car wrapping, indoor and facade lettering, all kinds of displays (banners, banners, flags, exhibition stands) and textile printing.

Logiegrafix focuses mainly on SMEs and offers the solutions that perfectly suit their needs. Some leading customers include: Vandersanden, Spar (Wervik), Pleegzorg West-Vlaanderen, Vanatax, etc. The Logiegrafix team guarantees creative and innovative elaboration of their projects, from layout to finishing process.

Lack of overview hampered growth

The first step towards improvement began when Esli realised that the existing methods of business management no longer met the increasing demands:

  • The overload of work resulted in a lack of overview and orderliness in the workflow. Telephone adjustments from customers after an order had already been confirmed added further complexity and increased the likelihood of errors.
  • Although Logiegrafix had built up a valuable customer base, manually preparing quotations and managing the CRM through different channels was a stumbling block.
  • This fragmentation led to difficulties in stock management and post-calculation, which hampered the company's growth.

Esli was determined to fully exploit Logiegrafix's growth potential. This led to the decision to expand the company and convert it into a limited liability company, with the ambition to efficiently handle the growing demand for their services.

MultiPress as the reference in the sign printing sector

However, this growth brought challenges, especially in terms of workflow management and keeping an overview of the growing number of jobs. The need to streamline and automate business processes was clear. Esli began intensive research into integrated solutions and consulted colleagues, trade associations and various sign industry references such as DIOSS, Vandenbulcke, FDM, Zquadra. From that research, one ERP/MIS system emerged: MultiPress, as the solution for a more efficient workflow for sign companies.

The MAS Audit performed by Dataline's business experts showed exactly that Logiegrafix could save a lot of time and money with MultiPress for the basic administration. With that data, Logiegrafix immediately knew that MultiPress fitted the bill perfectly.

The implementation of the software package brought considerable improvements. The basic administration was streamlined with functions such as the Calculation Wizard, order management, planning and a seamless link for financial processes such as invoicing. This not only saved the sign company time, but also created a more robust and efficient process within Logiegrafix.

Tapping into growth potential with MultiPress

But Logiegrafix's ambition does not stop here. With MultiPress as the foundation for its administrative processes, Esli sees further opportunities to optimise workflow, especially in prepress, stock management, time recording and post-calculation. MultiPress's modular structure provides the flexibility to add these functionalities gradually, allowing the company to continue to grow without inefficiencies in its operations.

Thanks to the gradual digitisation and automation of processes, Logiegrafix can continue to evolve and fully exploit its growth potential. The transformation from a sole proprietorship to an optimised limited company reflects the determination of Esli and the team not only to grow, but also to operate in a sustainable and efficient way in an ever-changing market.
